As President of the Harman Pro Group he was responsible for creating the largest, and most fully integrated professional audio company in the world.  During his 16 years with the company he developed a complete system solution strategy through key acquisitions and divestitures, restructuring and turn-arounds that resulted in record profits and growth for the company.  Managing 2,500 employees in 5 countries he created a culture of growth and empowerment that grew the business into a innovative $560 million organization. As President of Nortek's AVC Group he created yet another powerhouse this time in the Residential Custom Electronics market bringing together some of the industries oldest and most respected brands.
